I actually never had my bloodwork done due to a unfortunate glitch in the computer system (I’m a patient at UCMC, Hyde Park) However, IMELDA is a true gem of a patient services rep. She went out of her way to try and help me get the forms I needed, all the while she was very busy assisting other patients- with a smile and true kindness, I might add. 1st visit to this clinic for my totally disabled dad. NP Katherine Racanelli was absolutely amazing. She took the her time to make sure she understood my dad medical history, current condition & needs. She thoroughly examined him to make sure he wasn't in immediate distress. She was very friendly & attentive. She addressed every individual concern I had in regards to my dad. Really rude receptionists. Called told I was going to be put on hold, I ended up being hung up on. And then they turned off the phone. I would have liked some honesty that they didn’t want to, or couldn’t take my call. Was not my first time where I felt disrespected. With that being said, the doctors are wonderful and they really do care about their patients.
