I’d give them No stars. Had a brain MRI and nobody bothered to call me about another serious problem that showed up which needed to be treated promptly because of the seriousness of it. They wouldn’t give me results because “only the doctor can give you results” but he wasn’t available until January!!! This wasn’t acceptable The kicker—-found out about it myself when I went on MyChart and read the test results.
