The hearing test itself was fine, it was the lead up and aftermath of the test that is confounding. I checked in for my annual hearing test and the receptionist said there was no co-pay. I had the test and the following month I was asked for a co-pay. In 2023 there was no co-pay and, I assumed, 2024, also. It's a free, annual exam. This year, I am not going to this lab for the hearing test even though all my other doctors are in this medical complex.
I waited 45+ minutes after the time of my scheduled appointment and no one bothered to check in on me. I was put in a room after 30 minutes and didn’t see anyone again until I decided to leave and file a report on my way out. My technician was rude. She was eating pizza right outside my door and had no care whatsoever when I told her my intent to leave. No apology. Patients came and went in the time I was there. Appointment was rushed.I had 1 question, it was never answered, despite it was the reason for the appointment. Went on a Monday, called on Thursday to say I was worse. Clinical staff promised a return call the same day. Never got a response.
Dr Mahoney the best doctor ever, Highly recommended.
Dr Mahoney is amazing, and the nurses are nice. But the reception staff is rude and forgetful. None of the changes they were supposed to put in were right. And I got an attitude about the way I had to make a payment. Took 3 hours to have a rx sent over to the pharmacy, when I was supposed to start it that morning. Hopefully I can go to the other locations for further treatment.
