I went today to have my labs done. That technician was prompt friendly and efficient. I couldn't have asked for better service. I have been here before and have always been pleased with a professional treatment that I have received. I would highly recommend this location.
Sign on the door says they open at 8am. It’s 8:10, the door is locked, no answer, and there’s a line of people waiting in the hall. People are trying to get this done before going to work and this is frustrating. UPDATE: someone showed up at 8:25 and unlocked the door. No apology for being late and very brusque manner.
I am sorry for the experiences of a few, but I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this lab. Could not have been better in any way. I'm actually headed there today and look forward to seeing the staff who are always cheerful, kind and professional.
Last year was the 2nd year in a row that I came here. Unfortunately, there was a billing issue and it goes back and forth between the lab and the insurance provider. First, there was a 'review', then a 'grievance' was filed, and the latest is called a 'patient care complaint'. It is yet to be resolved.
1 minute beyond the 15 minute grace period because traffic was even worse than expected. Called to let them know the situation and they absolutely refused to honor the appointment. This is an absolutely inexcusable standard of care.
