Great experience in Hinsdale ER for my 7 year old. We didn't come in for anything life-threatening, but it was after-hours and wanted it treated before morning so made our way to the ER. The staff, nurses, and doctor were all professional but also kind and handled our situation very well. The ER was extremely busy but the Staff worked very quickly to get each patient treated and seen as quickly and safely as possible. All Staff Members were very friendly, helpful and professional and worked well under pressure, because it was a Non-stop flow of patient traffic on my visit.
Horrible delay, poor care, and they were more focused on registration than caring for the patient. You’re better off dead than coming to the hospital.
