Great experience. Not the being sick, that was awful. But, the care everybody gave me was wonderful.
The food was great
Everything was very positive for me and my family. The ER waiting room was empty when we arrived. I was taken right back and my injuries evaluated. The doctors were in the process of changing shifts, but the original doctor placed orders for a head CT and by the time I was done treatment progressed rapidly. I really appreciated the care I received from all of the staff.
I was looking for an alternative Orthopedic Dr. since mine was not available until a later date. Since the beginning, scheduling person named Karen was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me the information I needed since it was my first visit. I showed up for my appointment that it was accommodated to my needs since I was in a lot pain. I was assigned to Strba, Grace MA and since the beginning she was on time, very knowledgeable, interested in all details, very comforting, and gave me options how to proceed. I deci... read more
