Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The nurse and the doctor answered all my questions with patience. I never once felt rushed. I was treated respectfully and with concern. The atmosphere was one of safety, trust, and support.
Every single appointment I have had regardless of the provider has been rescheduled. Some have happened through the app without contacting me so I show up to the appointment and it was rescheduled. Once it was rescheduled for an earlier time! This has made my prenatal care a total inconvenience. I have 3 other children at home that I need to find childcare for every single time.
