I had a horrible experience here in 2023, and have been thinking about it ever since. Dr. Ruiz refused to continue discussing a plan for my endometriosis after learning I occasionally smoked and am over 35, her only solution was birth control. She was dismissive and rude. I am looking for a new obgyn because of where I live and was gonna move too and I called them and got recommended and from the first hello I got from a lady was not it. She definitely wasn’t nice on the phone and didn’t seem interested in talking to me or wanting to believe anything I said. Glad I didn’t actually make an appointment with them for anything.
