I had a truly disheartening experience with Dr. Christine Conageski. I came to her seeking help after suffering from chronic vaginitis for 18 months—something that has deeply affected my physical and emotional well-being. I specifically asked to be tested for aerobic bacteria, a condition that is recognized in medical literature and by other providers. They randomly discontinued my birth control prescription without telling me and then called me saying that in order to refill the birth control prescription I needed to come in person, but they also didn’t have any appointments available for at least 4 months. I have never heard of this level of scrutiny before for a birth control prescription. This is a flaw in the system that can leave women without birth control through no fault of their own whatsoever. Pretty disappointed in this oversight.
Administrative staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to schedule an appointment this morning and she pulled my private messages from the UC Health app that were sent to a different provider so she could berate me for trying to schedule an emergency visit there. There is no need for them to access my personal messages that are unrelated to this facility. This is an invasion of privacy.
