So disappointed, I waited 50 minutes and no one even came to get me. I had to walk out and now I need to call my insurance to make sure they dont bill me

This clinic was extremely disappointing when it came time for billing. I chose this clinic because it was in-network and was supposed to be able to perform an annual Physical Exam which is 100% by my insurance as it is preventative. When I called and made the appointment, I made sure they knew why I was coming and what I expected to be done. When I checked in, I wrote on the intake paperwork that I was there for a "Physical" and was assured by the front desk that it was in-network and covered. The doctor asked me all kinds o... read more
