I have used this walk-in clinic for several years now, however, after my visit on 12/30/25, I will strongly reconsder! The front staff was ok. Not overly friendly, just did not say much at all. BUT the nurse that triaged me (I wish I could remember her name), she was not very professional, and when I asked her to take my blood pressure manually, her attitude changed. I understand that different people may have different experiences, but ours was extremely negative. We took our almost 2-year-old child for what should have been a routine visit, and it was a serious mistake. The nurse who performed the initial check appeared very unprepared, as if she had just started working. She clearly took our child’s vital signs incorrectly, yet became defensive when we questioned the readings instead of seeking confirmation. This front desk worker is being dismissive and rude to every single person. The care is great. But she should not be working in health care. I work in health care and we don't yell at sick people that just isn't okay. I have a fever of 103, muscle aches, my throat is killing me. I definitely have strep my head is pounding. I am barely functioning let alone able to use my voice. Very poor clinic, the providers unfortunately ignore all of your needs and charge you for things you don’t need. They tried to convince us that we needed a TDAP shot and an additional four vaccines after we had one the month prior and already received all of them recently or in the prior year. Honestly it worried us that they are medically negligent just willing to distribute vaccines without being aware of what the patient has recently received.
