I have so much praise for this department! Dr Janine Oliver, Alethea, Anna, and Sheena are so caring so respectful! I have felt very cared for during these pre-op appointments.
I felt well taken care of in competent, caring, and skilled hands. I didn’t know what to expect with this particular procedure but my nervousness was calmed with a detailed explanation of the procedure and questions answered. I definitely felt the “ human touch” from beginning to end ( including with the check in desk personnel). There was a deep level of personal respect for me as a patient and person.
