I have been in PT with the Hayden office of Sports Med for the past 6 months recovering from 2 shoulder surgeries. Taylor H came into the picture mid-way through this period and the results and experience improved markedly. Instead of doing the same procedures appointment after appointment, she mixed things up, inserting new exercises and movements into the sessions as we progressed and moved along.
