I confirmed with their billing department that the sleep test would be covered and still received an $800 bill. Thank goodness I had it in writing. The bill is now in dispute. It shouldn't be hard to provide an accurate estimate up front. I wouldn't have gone here if I would have known that charge was a possibility.

Terrible experience. No one answers the phone. Be prepared to pay around $1,000 per visit because they bill it like a hospital emergency room visit, so insurance may not cover it. They will return your first voicemail and say they will fix the issue, but nothing ever gets resolved and they stop answering calls or voicemails after that.
