The lady that answers the phones has been argumentative every time I've spoken with her. She doesnt submit to the insurance but argues with me about the requirements for my insurance when I've spoken directly to them and know her claims to be factually incorrect. She apparently thinks that she decides what service I can seek or are provided to me based off out last conversation where she seemed to want to start a fight.
