Mi hija tenia una cita con el reumatologo y cuando llegó la vió la asistente del Dr. Y ella le cambió la medicina a mi hija y la medicina que ella le diò mi hija se empezó a sentir mal.Y ella no le dijo a mi hija que se le cambio totalmente y ni siquiera nos dio como un papel o resumen de la medicina que la asistente le dió a mi hija y la peor parte es que yo ya gasté mi unico dinero que tenia para la medicina y ahora como hago????? Mi hija no puede tomarse esa medicina nueva.Mi hija es paciente se Lupus.
I fully understand that medical office’s have a schedule to keep. I got to the UCHealth center at 1pm my appointment check in time was 1:05pm. That was later than it should have been. It took me 10 minutes to find parking and then another 10 minutes to find where I was going. I waited at least two months for this appointment. Also when I was lost in the building I called the office to ask for directions. When I go to the office it was 1:20pm. The professionalism of the staff, and overall treatment throughout my visit is always amazing! The facility is awesome all the way through.
