Another MRI. Another day my MRI was delayed by more than hour. How are you 75 minutes late before noon? Not a single admin in this hospital cares about patient experience. (including patient representatives. Stop telling me to email them, what a pointless suggestion.)

I had a remede placed at the outpatient cardiac lab and found that everyone was efficient in a good way and extremely pleasant and attentive. I had to be moved to the cardiac intensive care unit due to some blood pressure problems and found the same there. The nurses were extremely professional and displayed an extreme level of professionalism and competence. Everyone’s was so nice and attentive. I almost didn’t want to leave!
