She might be a great doctor, but this doctor network is a “ghost network,” where the doctors are listed as “Accepting New Patients” under my insurance (Cigna). Then, when I call to set up an appointment, I’m told “Nothing is available.” I asked, “I don’t mind waiting, can I get on the schedule?” “No, you can’t, sorry.” And , “Just keep calling back and checking.” Obviously, they are NOT accepting new patients.

We waited for over two hours after arriving at 3:55, which was a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Once we were taken into the small waiting rooms, our provider assured us it would be quick and that the doctor would see us immediately. However, it was dark by the time we left, and there were hardly any other patients in the waiting rooms. I like this doctor, but to get an appointment with her, even as an established patient takes forever. You will get pushed into going to an urgent care or ER for little stuff like strep throat or the flu because no appointments are available for months and months. Honestly, it completely defeats the purpose of having a PCP.

I've been seeing Doctor Colling since she had first started at Falcon UCHealth years ago. She has been a wonderful doctor! Very attentive, caring and has been great at helping me with my health concerns. It has been very easy for me to get an appointment when needed. Choices between in office, video or message appointments are an extra plus. Makes it much easier for me since she is now at the UCHealth Eastview Medical Center in Colorado Springs.
