Jennifer treats my daughter and I. We love the kindness she shares with us. I feel she really listenes and cares for our health! Thank you Jennifer Moran!
The nurses and doctors rarely seem to check messages. Their call system setup is idiotic and you can't actually reach the clinic you're actually trying to inform of your situation, should you be running late for any reason. The doctors and nurses don't have a lot of empathy at this clinic. Their receptionists aren't able to help with scheduling appointments. So while the receptionist was nice, she wasn't able to help find solutions to my scheduling issue. I'm disappointed in how this clinic is run.
It was nice to have a conversation with the doctor that did not feel rushed, and he listened.
