Sadly I didn’t have the same experience than the rest. Called today looking for a PCP the lady that was taking care of my call was asking me all kinds of questions to assign me a doctor but the call dropped. So, I called again and this time a man answered the phone, I explained the situation and he said that they don’t have any doctor taking new patients at the moment. Why things changed so drastically from one call to the other? Unprofessional to say the least.
