A doctor here caused me an 8 month long medical crisis with his laziness, incompetence and lack of attention to detail. Another one in urgent care missed my hypoxia symptoms after returning from sea level. The nurse smelled like pot and was visibly stoned when she roomed me more than once over the course of the 4 years I was a patient in this clinic.. I learned my lesson and went back to Anschutz. UCH facilities are not created equal.
As said in prior reviews, this location has accepted too many patients and appointments are only available 3-4 months out. It sucks because it never used to be this way 5 years ago. Poor management.
There's another "big name" urgent care a block from my house but we make a 35 minute drive as they offer far superior care and support!
