It’s a good practice
The front desk staff are awesome and Kaylee is easily the best primary care I’ve ever had!
I saw Kaylee Kelley. She was extremely friendly and listened to my concerns. The front desk staff was also very pleasant and held a conversation with me while I waited to be seen. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt I was in good care. The wait time was almost non-existent, I was seen within minutes of walking in the door.
Stay away. Front desk folks seem to be on a power trip Actually the worst customer experience that I have ever had across healthcare or any industry for that matter. I had an emergency at home and showed up 10 minutes after my appointment time as a new patient. It's 7:55am and the office is completely empty. Lyn at the front tells me in an absolute matter of fact way no chance to see the doctor and we need to reschedule because I was late.... Got there at 7am on the dot so I could get seen before work. Come to find out their hours on Google were wrong. Sent Google a photo of their front door and got that updated but pretty frustrated to show up like that. Editing to the owner response: i stood there from 7-7:05 and you were not open. Doors remained locked with no one inside.
