Go literally anywhere else, the worst unfriendly staff - especially the front desk, unhelpful.
i’ll be honest, I went into this appointment not with high hopes because of experiences I had with Intermountain health and Kaiser in the last few months, but I will say For the first time in the last year, I left a doctors office feeling like I was heard, that someone cared about me and that I was going to find an answer. Dr. Ragle and the staff were welcoming and courteous. Dr. Ragle gave me all the time I needed. She listened and learned about me making me feel very well cared for.
This place only cares about your money and not helping you. There customer service is garage as I had to call in 3 times to get a question answered. Also one of there reps hung on my. I would recommend going somewhere else.
Absolutely appalling practice. Firstly- last year I had the experience that many here have discussed. I went in for an annual visit and then was billed an addition 80$ for “additional services” which is apparently asking the doctor questions about your health. This is literally what annual exams are for! This was my first red flag. But I paid it, and let it go. Today I received a call to cancel my annual appointment scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
