Don’t know why this facility is getting so many negative reviews! This place is wonderful, clean, staff is very professional. My wife goes to Dr Wear, she loves her and I’m going to Dr Chamberlain, he’s great as well. Both have wonderful bedside manner and you can feel they care. We have been to urgent care a few times for our son, no complaints. The UC Health App is very convenient as well. I was very disappointed with UCHealth eerie primary care communication. I did not find out until the week before my appointment that the Dr. I was scheduled with was active not accepting new patients and I made this app months ago. Now, there are no available appointments until Oct or Nov. They said they called me but apparently typed my primary phone # wrong by one number, but my cell phone # (the same phone #) was correct in their system but no one tried to reach me at that number.
