Excellent provider. All staff were professional and friendly. Got me in quickly. Worked with my insurance situation. Jill Saylor, NP, was very competent, caring, and personable.
All these good reviews are for Dr. Reed and Joe, who no longer work here. The new doctor Jill is terrible. Poor bedside manner. She is also not at all understanding and She does not care about her patients needs. I do not recommend this location or doctor. There is only one doctor at this facility. Another patient had a similar problem with Dr Jill. This is clearly a staffing issue. You have a doctor's office that is an hour away from anything and no way to call you because uc health won't allow patients to contact the docto... read more
The team in Cropple Creek at UC Health were amazing. Kind, considerate great listening skills. I would highly recommend Jill Saylor and her team.
Jill Saylor is wonderful ! Good bedside manor. She explains everything in a way i can understand. She is very thorough in my care. She also has a sense of humor.
Very amazing staff. I felt very taken care of, listened to and do highly recommended this Nurse Practitioner.
