All these good reviews are for Dr. Reed and Joe, who no longer work here. The new doctor Jill is terrible. Poor bedside manner. She is also not at all understanding and She does not care about her patients needs. I do not recommend this location or doctor. There is only one doctor at this facility. Another patient had a similar problem with Dr Jill. This is clearly a staffing issue. The team in Cropple Creek at UC Health were amazing. Kind, considerate great listening skills. I would highly recommend Jill Saylor and her team.
Jill Saylor is wonderful ! Good bedside manor. She explains everything in a way i can understand. She is very thorough in my care. She also has a sense of humor.

I just moved here from Ohio due to the military and someone recommended Jill Saylor, NP for primary care. This turned out to be a big mistake. I checked in online and answered all of their questionnaires. My husband drove over an hour and a half with our 4 week old for me to see her. I was 7 minutes late to my appointment and she wouldn’t see me. We asked to see the late policy and were told they didn’t have to provide that.
