I cannot say enough good things about the care I receive when I go to UCHealth Lone Tree! Dr. Giang is so thoughtful and caring! I never feel rushed and I always feel heard! The Staff is kind and supportive as well! I’ve been going here for about 10 years or so.
I can’t say enough about the class of service and providers at UCHealth. They treat you with respect, listen carefully, answer questions and follow through with any concerns. Truly a wonderful practice!
Admin Staff and the Processes are worst. Difficult to an appointment with anyone when needed. Asking to install APP and turn ON notifications. Crazy instructions and not making patient experience easy.
UCHealth Lone Tree Primary Care Clinic and Dr. Dinescu are my primary care providers. I have always received prompt appointments and courteous service. They always listen to my health concerns carefully discuss them with me. They are not reluctant to order tests, radiology, medications and referrals when needed to address or rule out possible health issues.
