Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Place was empty and took over 3 hours to be told xrays didn't show a break so they couldn't prescribe anything for pain because it's "their policy." Likely an ulnar nerve injury and extremely painful. "Try some more ibuprofen and maybe try a sling if you have one." So rude and unprofessional the entire time. One guy who was overseeing the student triaging me was such a jerk to her I wanted to yell at him for her. I will never be back.
Super helpful and friendly staff! Made sure we were in network and got my hubby taken care of! We will be back!
My husband recently went to UCHealth for an urgent care visit. They took his insurance card, said their benefits verification line was down and went ahead with the appointment. Next thing we know, we're recieving a bill (slightly discounted I might add) for over $300 because they are out of network. They really took care of my husband, that's certainly not the problem.
