This place is an absolute joke. Got turned away for an appointment in severe pain. Being told there are open appointments just not for new patients. So they told me live pain till August when I could get in or go to the ER. Not to mention I was the only person in that waiting room and the only care in the parking lot.
Service is good, but your ai phone assistant sucks
Anybody know how hard it is to get your husband to the doctor? Do you know how much harder it gets when a doctor does not provide helpful information and essentially says that’s just life? I may never get my husband to go again thanks to this experience. My husband just needed information on next steps for finding relief from chronic pain. Instead he was told that’s just how life goes and the only option was surgery. Dr Pivetta was unhelpful and made no recommendations for alternative ways to find relief. Dr Mc Carrey provided Professional, Knowledgeable, Attentive care for my post neuro surgery follow-up for a sub arachynoid hemorrhage and stent in my carotid artery. I highly recommend his services. I feel very lucky to have him as my care provider for this specialized situation.
