Didn't care too much for it
They cancelled dozens, if not hundreds, of medically necessary surgeries, with literally zero attempt at getting people followup care elsewhere or even finishing their postop appointment series. They did all of this because Medicaid didn't give them the contract they wanted and since nobody here actually cares about anything but the money, they immediately shuttered the entire surgical program for trans people just because it was the easiest way to save a buck. Dr. Mundra is simply the best! I completely trust her with my care. She is an excellent surgeon, treats me with kindness, and is very caring. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me.
If you want to wait literal years and not even receive the surgery you came for, or any referral, or anything but a "that's tough, buddy" and shown the door, through absolutely no fault of your own, then this is ABSOLUTELY where you should go. If you like not having your messages or calls returned, this is the place for you.
