The staff and Kaleena are wonderful at this office!
After 2 visits for Physical Therapy (seeing Julie C) I was charged $758 (after insurance paid $200 of the original bill) because the visits were billed as occupational therapy and it was also charged as a 'hospital services' however this is an outpatient, non-hospital facility! When defined, occupational therapy is "a form of therapy for those recuperating from physical or mental illness that encourages rehabilitation through the performance of activities required in daily life." After contracting West Nile and developing neurological symptoms, such treatment was necessary. Thankfully, this team has phenomenal bedside manner. You can touch and true compassionate care thank you team.
