I have had my surgeon send over my referral twice. The first time I did not receive a call so I called them. They said they had not received it. They said have them send it over and gave me their fax number. I called my surgeons office and they happily resent it and repeated the fax number to me. They also gave me the date it was previously sent. I called last week to check and I was told to call back because there system had been down and they did not receive any referrals. Clean facilities, professional, knowledgeable and caring staff. First class all the way!
I had my doctor send over multiple referrals to UC health Pt clinic. I called a couple of times and each time they told me they hadn't received the referral. So after a couple weeks of back and forth I printed out a physical copy of the referral and brought it into the office. They wouldn't allow me to schedule an appointment when I dropped off the form, but they assured me that they would give me a call the next business day and get me scheduled. They never called.
