Rachel does a fantastic job! Very kind and caring as well as skilled and knowledgeable.
I have had my surgeon send over my referral twice. The first time I did not receive a call so I called them. They said they had not received it. They said have them send it over and gave me their fax number. I called my surgeons office and they happily resent it and repeated the fax number to me. They also gave me the date it was previously sent. I called last week to check and I was told to call back because there system had been down and they did not receive any referrals.
