Totally professional as always
They are super busy and usually understaffed or slightly undertrained with new people who should have a shadow trainer longer. Out of the 2.5 years of service they have messed up my medication once, but that ONE mess up was an accidental charge onto a personal credit card and not a co-pay card. A very large amount of money. $5k + OTHER THAN that. They are great. Especially the specialty meds team that works with the pharmacy. It is a major hospital campus servicing and helping an unimaginable amount of people.
