This place has got way worse over the past year and a half. Used to always be attentive and great with getting prescriptions ready early. Not anymore. Call and they will say one thing, go in and then it's the excuse "oh it didn't get done for some reason." 🙄 Well... for some reason I'm going to find a better pharmacy.
I called to get help with an RX & Maria was so incredibly rude. She sighed & was hateful when I asked for help. I had Express Scripts dialed in to assist on how to reverse the issue & I’m so embarrassed by their actions. Even ES was saying she was rude & unprofessional. If you hate your job that much then maybe find another one.
Great people that are caring and very professional! Would not go to any other place.
Very thankful for the amazing staff over the holidays. Highly recommend :)
