As a caregiver I pick up meds for homebound clients. It’s shocking how rude the staff is at this pharmacy. The portal doesn’t match the reality and somehow patients are supposed to know this. Every time it’s a different excuse about the issue. Today it was that they had two different credit cards on file and rather than send a message through the portal I got a mini lecture that I should have called. I called to have my prescriptions transfered with one in particular. I was told by a specialty pharmacy that particular prescription was not specialty and any pharmacy could fill it. The person I spoke stated it was a specialty medication and they could not fill it. When I told them the specialty pharmacy said it was not specialty, they became aggitated and rude.
