Pharmacist was incredibly unhelpful when asked if the prescription had been filled- I was unclear with how and when prescriptions are sent in with Amazon OneHealth- and seemed annoyed by the phone call. When I came to pick up my prescription in person she was even ruder and less helpful than over the phone. The pharmacists are great here and they always answer your questions. However… there is no patient privacy here. I wish the security team would enforce “line starts here” sign. There is usually someone standing right behind you as you get your script and ask questions. Go somewhere else if privacy is a concern or important for you.

This pharmacy does not answer provider calls or check voicemails promptly, leaving prescriptions delayed. Patients often have to follow up themselves to ensure medications are filled. When I went in, they had no record of my Rx - I was told to leave the line and wait for the system to update rather than being assisted or given any indication of timeline. Poor communication, lack of basic customer service or kindness is consistent. I do not recommend this pharmacy and will be looking for a better local option.

Incredibly rude staff. I stood at the wrong window and instead of being politely told I was rudely scolded for my mistake. I'm not feeling well and my focus is elsewhere right now. Have a little compassion going forward.
