Everyone that works here seems extremely miserable. It’s also extremely jarring how I’m greeted through the speaker box and the people who checked me in both times were so rude. Not exactly the environment I want to get my infusions done in. When I was originally making my appointment I asked if they also have specialists that would be overseeing my infusions they said “no, but don’t worry- if you like code we are located in the emergency department”. this direct quote from my medical chart is the FIRST sentence of the notes from my last appointment with this provider: Okay to update/refill standing order for migraine cocktail she previously found beneficial. Standing order at infusion center preferred over ED visit. and yet Miss Evelyn at the front desk refuses to help me and in fact says my record says the exact opposite. Uchealth, stop hiring people who can't read. it's embarrassing.
The staff is amazing! Had my first surgery here and the whole experience was accompanied by highly compassionate individuals as staff/nurses and the Dr. A the surgeon was amazing! I would recommend having any procedure done here.
