It was a good experience until I got nurses Claire and Zac. Everything else went down from there having Claira and Zac were horrible in my opinion. When I stressed that I wanted some one with more experience they discounted my request saying Zac was a ER nurse for 7 years. It was his first day. Suggested that I want someone who is not new, to work on me was ignored. Claire just defending him. I recommend that using my mid arm to get blood was not a good idea and I have a photo of his work that I would like to include
Wonderful experience with nurses, CNA’s and physicians. My social worker was great as well with a minor hick up upon discharge.
