Everyone was very kind and professional. Made my infusion easy and practically carefree. Thanks especially to Nurse Scott!!! I have very small veins that are sometimes hard to find and once I'm stuck the vein will collapse. Scott took the time to first warm my inner arm and used a vein finder to locate a good vein. One stick and it was in. I've had instances were I've been stuck 2 or 3 times. Scott made it easy and pain-free.
Had great experience made me feel comfortable in my chair. Checking on me to see if I needed water or snacks Took all the fear away.
Very pleasant folks! :-)
