I'd been waiting for 2 hours just to do my physical, and they don't even bother to ask.i know they notice that I'd been waiting for so long but nothing.this is the worst place I never visited.they need to do something about the waiting.

I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this clinic as the provider for my job injury. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. Too many problems to list during my 5 months of care there, so I will condense it. My provider, D.O. Smithart, was rude, arrogant, and very unprofessional. I tried several times to change providers, but the limited providers I was allowed to chose from would not accept me as their patient, stating "she is providing appropriate care". Kelsey Smithart, DO Is absolute trash! She dont give a shit about her patients! Seen her 3-4 times and she was over an hr late on two of the appointments! Had to leave today bc it was so long! The other ladies i seen there are amazing and are on time!
1st appointment my injury and pain was acknowledged somewhat. I was told to take a pain medicine for a few weeks and come back. Second appointment my pain and injuries are worst. However I get a less extensive exam, my workman’s comp case closed, and a “come back and see me if it gets worst”. I was back to see y’all and it was worst. Recommended i take pain meds then left me in pain and said come back again. My only thought is giving a place like this another chance would have me addicted to pain pills and injured even more.... read more
