Extremely rude, not helpful at all
Double-billed me, which is apparently a common practice here. I paid in full at the office, and due to a clerical error, received another bill in the mail. I called UC health and they seemed uninterested in solving this error by themselves, so I'm instructed to revisit this clinic to ask them to correct their mistake.
Monica Lindeberg is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen she made me go through tons of tests that all proved negative after I specified on one test which she didn’t believe I needed which I wanted. She made me go through meds that didn’t help or do anything and had a rude bedside manner. Please get your wallet ready because she doesn’t care about your health she cares about her money. This is an honest review.
The staff was really nice but the doctor made me feel like it was my fault i wasnt running a marthon after a broken leg. All i heard was i don't understand and i felt like i had to defend myself.
Friendly staff and excellent care!!!
