I love the clinics at Anschutz but this one has been a miserable experience. I got my 4th concussion in 2022 and was referred to them because I couldn't talk and other symptoms. The doctor I saw at the time decided I had functional neurological disorder because of my autism and told me to see a psychiatrist. No diagnostic tests or anything. They told me they couldn't treat me there. Doctors, Nurses, and staff are excellent
Gonna leave a 1 star- first appointment was cancelled an hour before when I have a 2 hour drive to get to the clinic. Second appointment I’m told to arrive 15-30 minutes early just to sit and wait almost 45 minutes past my appointment time. Absolutely absurd!
So I originally left a 1 star review because this clinic canceled on me minutes before my appointment. I was upset originally because I was in so much pain and I had to go and seek urgent care and even urgent care wasn’t able to assist me the best way I was supposed to be assisted unfortunately. But when they got on the conference called the doctors and the interns were very professional. They were very understanding and they were able to get me the treatment that I needed.
