Dr. Caunt is amazing, I fought hard to keep her because she’s one of the very few doctors I’ve had that takes the time to listen to me
I have been trying to be seen by UC Health Neurosurgery. My referral was sent over a month ago. They never called to setup an appointment. Since then the referral has been resent 3 times to both fax numbers UC has provided. According to them they still haven't received it. They say they use a third party company for referrals and so don't even have actual access to the fax machines referrals are sent to.
