After providing my name, DOB, etc. to the bot that answered the phone, their office staff wanted more information (i.e. who my insurance was, then what my member id number was) I finally politely interjected and asked when is the doctor's next available appointment (before possibly wasting any more time) and her response was almost four months out because I was a new patient. Don't waste your time if you're a new patient calling this provider if you have any desire to get in in a practical and timely manner.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Patel. He’s smart, attentive, quick, & listens. Highly recommend for a family care doc.
He’s an easy going doctor who listens well.
Dr. Patel listens to his patients. I've had him for a dr. For over 10 years and couldn't be more pleased. Best doc around.
