Mean, won't let others speak.Waited to check out, but all were gone. Called our, and she was mad I was still there. I was doing what I was told, to check out. Dr Izon is dismissive and angers easily when challenged. She was certain I had thyroid problems but got angry when I disagreed. I told her my symptoms suggest that I might be Type 1 diabetic. When I challenged her and asked her to order all the lab work I needed to support her diagnosis of thyroid issues and rule out my suspicions of Type 1 diabetes, she became flippant and nasty. I've been a type 1 diabetic for almost 20 years. Dr Izon is a wonderful doctor. She is diligent and quick to the point. She has helped me navigate through my increasing issues and allowed me to continue to travel as safely as possible.
I had a horrible and dangerous experience with this office. I was put in danger and then gaslit over and over again. I saw Dr. Izon while pregnant and was prescribed medication for my thyroid disease. I began feeling exceptionally sick and checked the prescription to find that they prescribed 125mcg instead of 25mcg. I was only able to get through via call to Dr. Izon’s assistant (I had sent messages to Chelsi J on the portal and I believe she was the one to take my call), and she told me she made no mistake and she abruptly... read more
