After calling another facility to schedule an appointment and getting told I would receive a call back within 24 hours and did not, I reached out here and spoke to Pam M. I wish I could schedule all my appointments through Pam as she was super helpful, answered all my questions and was efficient in pulling up my record to verify dates and information. It seems like a small ask, but you would be surprised. Thank you Pam for the wonderful service!
