Zero, I gave a 1 because she was present at the office. I have thyroid diseases and was unable to get care at this facility. Dr. A knowledge of the matter was very inadequate and her willingness to work with me was nonexistent . I am now seeing an endocrinologist in Denver but it would have been nice to be treated here.
This M.D. has very poor bedside manners. She dismissed me as if was not an important patient even though I am a Dr. as well. She did not even know a side effect of a very basic illness she supposedly treats on a regular basis. She talked down at me and belittled me. This doctor needs a reality check. She works for the patients. There is a formal understanding that doctors are not doing us a favor. Doctors work for us, the patients. They are professional consultants watching over our care. Cassie Gifford is one FANtastic NP. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! She's very very thorough. Great communicator, very caring and concerned with your wellbeing. Answers any and all questions regarding your health issues. Don't hesitate making an appointment with her. She's the best!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Ridder to anyone in need of a pediatric neurologist. He is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. We were referred to him by our primary care doctor about a concern with my son. Dr. Ridder quickly came to a conclusion about the issue, but stayed in the room and chatted with me for a while just to make sure I didn't have any other questions that came up. There's nothing worse then being rushed in and out of a doctor's office and then coming up with questions that never get answered.

Dr. Coester is an excellent surgeon who performed surgery on my cervical spine and I am having him perform surgery on my lumbar spine soon.
