The check in staff were very nice and the phlebotomist was accommodating and skillful. We feel we always receive great care at UCHealth.
I was told that they were open until 5:30 by my PCP's office. I arrived at 4:54p and they took the last patient at 4:50 pm and would not make an exception. This was very frustrating as I had to make yet another trip to get blood taken.
