Went there today to drop off a stool sample The young girl at the front desk said she could not accept it. Needed 2 containers. She threw it out. I called my Dr. Since they gave me the kit. They called the Lab and was told what I brought was correct! Omg I am sick in pain and had to deal with the parking! Now I have to do it all over again due to the incompetence of their staff! That place is a fiasco. Unprofessional and incompetent. I hope I never have to go back.
