Went to Longs Peak ER on 2/3/23 with acute onset of A-fiib. Was very symptomatic with shortness of breath, dizziness and an irregular pulse with a heart rate of 146/min. An impressive team consisting of the ER doc, PA to Dr. Stathis, ER nurses and other personnel go me stabilized, IV started, IV medications to slow my pulse down, blood work, echocardiogram, etc. Once the workup was completed Dr. Stathis opted to cardiovert me to a normal sinus rhythm. I had Dr Status for several years during 14 heart stents and open heart surgery. I had NEVER through all the years of cardiac issues, ever experienced a more caring and educated Dr. If I could give him 20 years of my life to extend his practice, I would not hesitate.
Dr. Stathis: best cardiologist of all I have been in contact with. He cares; truly the only thing that matters. His patients come first, always available. His guidance and medical solutions have been right on. I will miss him, I will forever be thankful for everything he did for me. I have moved from Colorado, greatest disappointment is the need to find a cardiologist as outstanding as Dr Stathis and his staff!!

We have had the privilege of being under the care of this great doctor during occasional emergency situations and follow up visits while we were visiting in Longmont from out of state. We're incredibly grateful for his thorough and diligent work and genuine care and understanding to give us time and to answer our questions in a simple and clear manner. Thanks, Dr. Stathis!
