I only gave one star just for the purpose of leaving this review. Never see this woman. Absolutely the worst “physician” I have ever seen. She should not legally be allowed to see patients. She was either heavily medicated or was flat out incompetent. If you are a woman seeking a competent provider, run the other way!
Dr Heather Keene is a wonderful doctor. She truly listens. She does not rush through the appointment. She is highly knowledgeable & explains everything thoroughly. I have had severe pain for over a year. Had CT scan MRIs. My LPN ordered intravag Ultrasound. Had that in UC Health before appointment with Dr. Keene. Extremely painful. In ER next night with severe pain. They did another intra-ultrasound. Not as painful but bad. ER doctor advised go to gyno-oncologist. But already had appt w/Dr. K So saw her. Dr. Heather Keene is absolutely AMAZING! I have supported many births as a doula with her at Longs Peak Hospital and just love her approach, care, compassion, and overall expertise. You are in great hands with her!
My only experience with Dr Keene was fine, my 3 stars are because I was worried about possible Cancer and the office scheduled me out almost 2 months and put me in for a regular exam. Then she waited 2 weeks to do an ultrasound and I won't even get results at this appointment. The system doesn't treat people as people, I feel like a number that is not important to this doctor.
Dr. Keene with the attending at my second C Section. Everything went extremely smoothly. I felt comfortable with my team and my baby came into the world healthy and happy. My scarring has minimal bruising and is healing nicely. I saw a lot of the OBGYN team during my pregnancy and probably had 4 appointments with Dr. Keene. She can be a bit socially awkward, but she will take time to answer your questions and she knows what she's doing.
