My appointment was not only rushed, but Dr. Sarah Moritz had her personal phone on the keyboard tray for the computer while a sports game was playing for the 15 minute appointment. In addition, my concerns were not addressed, notated in my chart, nor did I feel that the provider gave the proper attention to my visit.
