This provider dismissed us. We had our results interpreted by another qualified medical provider and went in to see a specialist for help. Any question my wife asked, was redirected as 'nothing'. He told her to her face, that because she hasn't passed out, theres nothing he can do. "Theres no evidence". We have 6 weeks of evidence (ER, urgent care, monitors, etc) and results that say otherwise, and she's symptomatic. Dr. Dow was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This was my husband, Skip's, first visit with him. Dr. Dow reviewed Skip's health history before the visit and was familiar with his prior diagnoses, exams and care. Dr. listened carefully to our concerns and answered our questions thoroughly and we left the appointment grateful that Skip was assigned to Dr. Dow for Skip's first cardiology visit at UC Health.
