The staffbat the hand clinic was attentive and didn't rush me out the door. Answered me fully and addressed all my concerns. Very pleasant office visit.
After a 2 month wait, I get to my appointment today and William was supposed to check me in before he reached out to his patient access specialist about insurance. Well he did not check us in before sending his email and I did not get seen by anyone because of his mistake. I need to talk to a supervisor as soon as possible. I am in tremendous amounts of pain and because of his mistake I will not be able to be seen for another month.
