came to the hospital with my wife. Since she doesn't speak English, I told them I could translate for her, but they refused and brought in an interpreter who spoke very strangely. The doctor couldn't understand him, so I had to translate anyway. I think the interpreter was unnecessary and it was a complete waste of time
On paper, it seems like this is one of the best places to go for high level care due to their NCCN credentials. Actual experiences have been very disappointing and frustrating. I have tried expressing this to multiple people at the office, including the practice manager, who all apologize and then yet nothing changes or is resolved. Communication is horrible - from not providing test results in a timely manner to withholding medical information that has been asked for on multiple occasions. Huge storm, left a 1/2 hour early, still it took me over an hour. I left a message and I spoke to someone who said I have a 15 minute grace period and I hustled from the parking spot, I was 1 minute late and she wouldn’t see me. No one waiting, unreal. Nature got in the way but with this kind of service, it’s no wonder the rating is so low. So disappointed to have to start over. It is what it is.

I've spent almost 3 decades working in medicine, so I'm intimately familiar with the way things should and should not go in healthcare. My wife was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in February. That's when we were emergently sent to UC Health. Dr. Jill Alldredge was assigned to her, and for that we are eternally grateful. Dr. Alldredge has as impressive a bedside manner as I've ever seen. Clinically and surgically Dr. Alldredge has been equally as amazing. We couldn't be happier with the care we've gotten.
